01Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving:

• Required guest details
• Payment deposit or full payment (depending on the package or service)
• Written confirmation from Maldives Holiday Escape Pvt. Ltd.

A confirmation email or invoice will be sent once the booking is successfully confirmed.

02Payment Policy

Resorts, Hotels & Guesthouses

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the accommodation policy and travel period.

Tours, Excursions & Activities

Full payment may be required in advance to secure reservations for excursions, cruises, transfers, or special activities.

Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings made close to arrival dates may require full immediate payment. Payments can be made through approved payment methods provided by Maldives Holiday Escape Pvt. Ltd.

03Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges may vary depending on:

• Resort or hotel policy
• Supplier terms
• Seasonality
• Type of service booked

General Cancellation Guidelines

• Free cancellation may apply for selected bookings if cancelled within the allowed period.
• Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may incur partial or full cancellation charges.
• No-shows and early departures are generally non-refundable.

Certain special offers, peak season bookings, and promotional rates may be fully non-refundable.

04Amendments & Changes

Any request to modify a confirmed booking is subject to:

• Availability
• Supplier approval
• Applicable rate differences or amendment fees

Maldives Holiday Escape Pvt. Ltd. will assist with requested changes whenever possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

05Transfers & Transportation

Transfer arrangements such as speedboat transfers, domestic flights, and seaplane transfers are subject to weather conditions, operational schedules, and supplier regulations.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate international flight details in advance to ensure smooth transfer arrangements. Maldives Holiday Escape Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather, airline schedule changes, or third-party transportation providers.

06Travel Documents & Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess:

• Valid passports
• Required visas
• Travel insurance
• Health and entry requirements

It is the guest's responsibility to verify travel requirements before arrival in the Maldives.

07Liability

While Maldives Holiday Escape Pvt. Ltd. carefully selects trusted partners and suppliers, we act as an intermediary between guests and service providers. We shall not be held liable for:

• Weather disruptions
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Supplier operational issues
• Force majeure events
• Loss, injury, accident, or personal expenses beyond our control

08Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Flight disruptions
• Lost baggage
• Weather-related interruptions

09Special Requests

Special requests such as honeymoon arrangements, dietary requirements, early check-in or late check-out, and room preferences will be forwarded to suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

10Pricing & Currency

All prices are subject to availability, currency fluctuations, government taxes and service charges, and supplier updates. Rates may change without prior notice until the booking is fully confirmed.

11Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Maldives Holiday Escape Pvt. Ltd., guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these booking policies and terms.
